Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the xz777 platform ("xz777", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at xz777.cam. By accessing, registering on or using the xz777 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you hold. These Terms supersede all prior representations, arrangements or agreements between you and xz777 regarding the subject matter herein.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account held on the xz777 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or other non-withdrawable incentive credits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and verification procedures required by the operator before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required at the operator's discretion.
• "Platform" means the xz777 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and any applications through which xz777 services are delivered.
• "Services" means collectively the sports betting, live casino, virtual games, crash games, slots and any other wagering or gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money Balance wagered by a User on a single bet, game round or event outcome.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these conditions:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your location.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as the sole beneficial owner of the Account and are not registering or using the Account on behalf of any third party.

4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated service, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has formally expired.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer or contractor of xz777 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers or technology partners, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You are not suffering from any condition — including but not limited to a gambling disorder — that legally disqualifies you from entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the operator reserves the right to close all such Accounts and retain any Bonus Funds contained therein. Real-money Balances may be returned to the depositing payment source at the operator's sole discretion following investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. xz777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 Account Currency

Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once an Account currency is set, it cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals will be processed and displayed in PKR unless the operator explicitly states otherwise.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are (a) registered in your own name and (b) available and permitted under the operator's current terms and applicable compliance requirements. The operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Reference to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform is for contextual familiarity only; their mention does not imply that these providers endorse gambling or that their services are available for this purpose.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, and compliance with the operator's withdrawal processing procedures. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") are subject to their own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a Promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible markets or games before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal. Not all game categories may contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — the applicable contribution percentages will be stated in each Promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Abuse & Collusion

The operator reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional loopholes, coordinated play intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of collusion. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6.4 Illustrative Reward Values

PKR figures quoted elsewhere on this platform in connection with loyalty tiers, birthday rewards or referral credits (for example PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000 or PKR 1,000) are illustrative examples only and do not constitute guaranteed, live or binding offers. Actual reward values are determined by the operator's published promotion terms at the relevant time.

Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

The operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Network interruptions occurring during the bet placement process may result in the bet not being recorded.

7.2 Errors in Odds

Where odds or prices are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to system errors, human error or data feed failures — the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The operator will not be obligated to honour bets placed at obviously erroneous prices.

7.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the operator's published sporting rules for the relevant sport. Users are advised to review these rules — particularly as they apply to Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures and ICC tournament events where rescheduling is not uncommon.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to fast-moving data feeds and market suspensions. The operator will not be liable for delays between on-field events and the Platform's reflection of those events in live odds. Users participate in live markets at their own risk.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account using false identity information or impersonating any person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the operator.
• Colluding with other users in multi-player games or in any manner designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information relating to sporting events, including Pakistan cricket, PSL or any other sports competitions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transactions of an illegal nature.
• Charging back or reversing deposits made to the Platform through payment providers, except in legitimate cases of fraud reported to the operator first.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to the operator immediately rather than exploited.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xz777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the intellectual property of the operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, copy or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the operator's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xz777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from internet connectivity failures, power outages or other technical interruptions beyond the operator's control.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error by the User.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the User failed to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on any information published on the Platform that is not a direct confirmation of a bet acceptance or account transaction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where exclusion of liability would be unlawful.

Suspension & Closure

11.1 Operator-Initiated Suspension

The operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may cause harm to other users or the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must either be met or the corresponding Bonus Funds forfeited. Verified real-money Balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The operator may charge a reasonable dormancy fee against the Balance of a dormant Account, as detailed in the current fee schedule published on the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

Amendments to These Terms

xz777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, it is acknowledged that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply independently of the governing law of these Terms. Users accept sole responsibility for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local laws. xz777 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
